Carmen (30s, Latina) – Charismatic, magnetic, sharp, and secretly vulnerable. Central POV voiceover and driving force of the “Are We Dating the Same Guy?” world. Needs a strong, versatile reader.
April (30s, reflective, idealistic) – In a long-term relationship with Josh. Believes in love and commitment, often heartbroken by reality.
Julia (30s, edgy, provocative) – April’s podcast co-host, blunt and witty, with a wild streak. Non-monogamous and unfiltered.
Natalie (late 20s, sweet, observant) – Behind the soundboard but central to the friend group. Sensitive, insecure in her situationship with Sam.
Josh (30s, boyish, charming but messy) – April’s boyfriend. A mix of humor and pathos—sometimes careless, sometimes surprisingly kind.
